Candidates are advised to read following instructions carefully before applying on-line and all the instructions given on main instruction page of on-line applications.

Candidates are required to apply through the online mode (English only). No other mode of submission of application shall be accepted under any circumstances.
The online registration process involves the following steps:

Step 1 – Register on the portal by providing details such as Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number and Email ID. An Application ID will be generated. Candidates must note and preserve the Application ID for future reference.

Step 2 – Fill in personal details including Address, Domicile details, Category and Bank Account details.

Step 3 – Select the applicable Level for which the candidate is applying.

Step 4 – Enter Academic and Professional Qualification details, as applicable.

Step 5 – Upload the required documents in the prescribed format: Photograph, Signature, Left Hand Thumb Impression and PwD Certificate (if applicable).

Step 6 – Preview the application carefully and submit the form after verifying all details. No correction shall be allowed after final submission.

Step 7 – Pay the prescribed application fee and generate/download the Registration Slip.

Candidates should ensure that the name, date of birth and other personal details entered in the online application match exactly with those mentioned in the Photo Identity Proof to be produced at the time of examination.

Uploaded photograph and signature should be clear, recent and as per the specifications mentioned in the Information Bulletin. Blurred or incorrect images may lead to rejection of application.

Candidates must have a valid personal e-mail ID and mobile number, which should remain active throughout the recruitment process.

Candidates must ensure that correct details are furnished while filling the online application. Any error made by the candidate shall be his/her sole responsibility. No change or edit shall be allowed after final submission of the application.

Candidates must ensure that all steps of the online application process, including submission of details, uploading of documents and payment of application fee, are completed within the stipulated date and time.

Candidates are advised, in their own interest, to complete the online registration well before the closing date mentioned in Para 1 of this Information Bulletin and not to wait till the last date for fee submission to avoid possible issues such as website congestion or disconnection.

Application fee once paid shall not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.

Candidates are advised to retain a copy of the finally submitted application form and fee receipt for future reference.
